A historical fact during the period I was teenager: Sebrenica. This tragedy makes a great impression.
Spending spare time
During the schoolweek I spend most of the time doing homework. I had 1 – 1 ½ hours of spare time a day. In the weekends I’d study 2 – 3 hours and the rest is spare time.
In my free time during the schoolweek my activities were: playing flute, watching television, playing computer games. In the weekend I was riding on a horse. Horseriding was my hobby,
I had lots of spare time and didn’t have to help my parents.
My parents lived in a town. There were plenty of things to do in this town, but not too much.
Pocket money
I get pocket money from my parents and I brough the newspaper once a week. I could spend all the money by myself, but I saved the most.
Groups and sparetime
I spend the time with several friends of school and also with my family. There were special groups in our church, but I did not joined them often. My parents let me free spending my spare time.
My father worked al lot. In the evening he worked at home and every Saturday morning too. My mother took care of the family and also took care of the foster children. She was most of the time busy. But in the weekend and during the holidays she spent time with us and we would go out.
My parents did not have specific hobby’s.
Teenagers nowadays spend their time different than us. There is less fysical contact between them. I don’t know if it’s better or worse.
